How much does your water cost and why aren’t there any published prices on your website?

How soon can I set up an account and get my first delivery?

We typically offer same day or next day service, depending upon your location and availability of equipment that you desire.

Is your water really spring water?

Yes! Our bottling plant is located on 387 acres of environmentally protected land in southern Virginia. There are nine springs on the property of which three are tapped for production. Our bottling plant is state of the art and has the capability to produce distilled water as well as spring water.

How often will I receive deliveries?

Most residential and small business customers receive deliveries every 4 weeks (on the same day of the week), however we do offer weekly or bi-weekly deliveries to customers who use a larger volume of water.

When is my delivery day?

We have five ways to help customers keep track of their delivery dates. After your first delivery you should receive a delivery calendar highlighting your delivery dates throughout the year. We also have an automated system that places a courtesy reminder call and email to our customers the night before your next delivery date. You will typically receive the reminder call between 7:00pm and 8:00pm. Additionally, you will notice that your next four delivery dates are always printed on your invoice or monthly statement. How does my route salesman know how many bottles to leave me?

Your Route Salesman will look for empty bottles on your front porch or any other pre-designated area. Our policy is to make an even exchange of one full bottle for each empty bottle that we find. If you should require additional bottles or if you wish to decrease your total number of bottles on hand, either call our office at (757) 357-2127 the day before your delivery or else leave a note for your Route Salesman explaining how many bottles you would like to receive. How will I be billed and what are my payment terms?

Residential and small business customers are billed at the time of delivery. Your Route Salesman will print an invoice from his handheld computer and leave it in a pre-printed return envelope (postage not included) near your bottles or hanging from your doorknob. Simply detach the payment coupon at the bottom of your invoice and enclose it along with your check or money order made payable to Spring Lake Bottled Water. We must receive your payment within 28 days of the invoice date in order to guarantee your next delivery.

Corporations and other high-volume customers may elect to receive a monthly statement summarizing their invoice activity throughout the calendar month. You will typically receive your monthly statement three to five business days after the close of the calendar month. Payment terms for statement-billed customers are typically Net 21 days from the statement date.

Can I pay my bill with a credit card?

Yes. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We also offer a recurring billing option that automatically charges your monthly invoice total to your credit card so you never have to worry about paying your bill on time.

Can you put my name and logo on a water bottle?

Yes! We can produce custom labeled water bottles in many sizes and colors. For more information please click on the “Private Labeling” button on the left side of our website.
